Literally writing this review with the terrible food still in front me; ready to be disposed of. Ordered orange chicken and couldn’t find a single piece of chicken. Just fried dough in whatever sauce. Went back to say you know “hey this isn’t ok, I’d like chicken please” and they were so rude !!! And immediately switched to speaking Spanish. Surprise!! I may be black but def speak and understand basic Spanish 😂. I said to the cashier “ I understand what you just said” and she got red in the face. They decided to replace it with teriyaki chicken and literally counted the pieces they were placing in my box. And guess what, that tasted even worst. It was cold, dry, a trashy texture and was absolutely cooked days ago and reheated for today’s sale. If only zero stars were allowed. Better of just drinking water until you get to your destination. Or getting pizza from next door

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was disorganized and unfriendly. Customers are treated more like prisoners waiting in a cafeteria line than valued guests. The lack of communication, and dismissive attitude from staff made the whole experience frustrating. Waiting for food is understandable during busy hours, but the way customers are managed and spoken to felt disrespectful. There are plenty of places that provide better service and make customers feel welcome. Unfortunately, this was not one of them. Specially cashier Martha.

The quality is a step above Mall food and the portions are larger than the typical airport food. The workers are so kind and patient. We got 3 plates with a carb (rice or noodles) and 2 proteins for $12.75 each. Pretty good deal for a day of traveling.

Awful service, I asked questions about the food and they ignored trying to get me just to get whatever. They pretty much counted how many pieces of chicken they gave me. They cashier was unpleasant I asked her for a glass of water and she pretty much kicked me out because of my question, I accidentally left a tip but I’ll be getting my money back trough my bank. AWFUL SERVICE the amount of food is just crazy for the price and for the taste I know next time I’ll just eat a slice of pizza next door

Very limited side options to choose from - All chicken made with different sauces. I requested for beef and was told it would be available at a later time so I waited however considering the time constraints at an airport, making all options readily available is imperative. Nonetheless the Fried rice is bland, orange chicken is fairly seasoned and the pepper steak was really good. The fried plantains were also good. The area is clean and customer service is fair. Overall, I was not impressed.
